【重磅消息】新加坡住房发展局(HDB)即将在2025年7月推出年度最受期待的组屋销售活动！本次BTO(预购组屋)将提供约5400个单位，覆盖全岛8个优质社区，从市中心的成熟社区到价格亲民的北部新区应有尽有。同时还将推出约3000套剩余组屋(SBF)，为急需入住的家庭提供更多选择。
2025年7月BTO亮点速览
本次发售的8个项目分布在7个城镇：红山、武吉班让、金文泰、三巴旺、淡滨尼、大巴窑和兀兰。其中包含两个Prime(黄金地段)项目，一个Plus(优选地段)项目以及五个Standard(标准地段)项目。
