In a desperate bid to save her family's failing company, sweet but resilient florist Lily Evans agrees to a flash marriage with the city's most ruthless and enigmatic billionaire, Alexander Sterling. Known as the 'Ice King' for his cold demeanor and cutthroat business tactics, Alexander offers Lily a contract: one year of marriage in exchange for clearing her family's debts, with strict rules of no emotional attachment. Lily, determined to survive the year with her heart intact, moves into his sterile penthouse, enduring his icy glares and dismissive commands. However, late one stormy night, after Lily tenderly nurses him through a fever he tried to hide, Alexander's cold facade cracks. He corners her in the library, his usual frost replaced by a smoldering intensity, and whispers the shocking demand that shatters their agreement: 'I want to kiss you.' This moment of vulnerability spirals into a passionate but dangerous connection, blurring the lines of their contract. Just as Lily begins to believe his feelings might be real, she discovers a hidden file revealing Alexander's true motive: her late father was allegedly responsible for the fire that killed Alexander's parents, and this entire marriage is an elaborate act of revenge to make her fall in love before he destroys her. Betrayed and heartbroken, Lily flees with a secret of her own—she is carrying his child. Five years later, Lily returns transformed, a successful boutique owner with a clever four-year-old daughter in tow, no longer the naive girl he once manipulated. When Alexander, who has spent years haunted by her disappearance, finally finds her, he is confronted not only by the woman he never stopped loving but by a little girl with his unmistakable eyes. The final, suspenseful hook hangs in the air as he reaches for her, his voice raw with regret: 'Lily, please... let me explain. Let me love you both.' But Lily stands firm, her gaze icy, holding a revelation that could shatter him completely: 'Love us? You don't even know who she really is.'
